1.       Anger Management - Understanding & Dealing with Anger in the Workplace.

A one-day workshop - Having completed this workshop delegates will:

  • Recognise the affect that anger has on our health, minds and behaviour.
  • Know how to use a 6 step methodology to break old anger patterns and replace with a new more productive approach.
  • Understand methods for controlling their emotions when faced with other peoples’ anger.
  • Identify effective strategies for helping others manage repressed or expressed anger.

2.       Effective Change Management: Change and How to Deal with It

This one-day workshop will help you help delegates to deal with change better by teaching them how to:

  • Accept there are no ‘normal or abnormal’ ways of reacting to continuous change,
  • Understand that we must start ‘here’ from where we are.
  • See change as an essential element of the world which needs to be accepted.
  • Understand that adapting to change is not technical but attitudinal.
