Mastering Facilitation Skills for Better Meetings  
 

In any organisation today, meetings of all kinds take place on a routine basis - The ability to hold effective meetings requires sound facilitation skills – This is an expected core competency for managers, team leader or indeed anyone who needs to run effective meetings and achieve the desired outcomes. All meeting leaders and hosts will benefit from this course.
